Question 1

How do I import reviews?

Accepted Answer

Upload a CSV, map its columns to Rivetcue’s fields, and preview the rows before importing. Each review needs a source, a rating from 1 to 5, and review text. Other supported fields, such as author, review date, location, and response status, are optional.

Question 2

Which listing details does Rivetcue compare?

Accepted Answer

Rivetcue compares your business name, address, phone, hours, website, and description in your saved business profile with listing records available in Rivetcue. It surfaces differences for you to review; it does not change listings automatically, and any listing change requires owner approval.

Question 3

Are reply drafts sent automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Rivetcue can prepare AI-assisted reply drafts, but an owner reviews and edits each draft as needed, then approves it before it is sent.

Question 4

What does an urgent-feedback flag mean?

Accepted Answer

A flag is a signal to help you inspect and prioritize a review. It is not a verified finding or an emergency service, and it does not promise a response time.

Question 5

What is in a weekly report?

Accepted Answer

The report summarizes review and response activity and urgency signals for the latest seven days in UTC. It also shows current listing-consistency findings. In report settings, you can choose a recipient and delivery day and hour in UTC. The recipient must confirm the email address before reports can be delivered.

Question 6

How much is the founding pilot?

Accepted Answer

The founding pilot is $99/month for home-service businesses. It includes review-response drafts, urgent-feedback triage, and listing-consistency checks. Owners approve replies before they are sent and listing changes before they are made.
